Transformational coaching empowers clients to shift from within themselves, to examine what is true about how they are being and how that reflects upon their outcome.
It also includes transpersonal coaching which works with the whole person- body, mind, emotions, spirit- and empowers clients to rise above limiting beliefs, closed mindsets and unwanted behaviors that inhibit growth.
Psychotherapy is more of a medical approach that focuses on emotions and behaviors of the past in order to understand where the client is at in the present. This can include mental health, emotional healing, and past trauma/experiences. Whereas coaching may dip into the past in order to understand where the client is in the present, its focus is primarily on the future and guiding the client to move into that space.
Sessions can look a little bit different for everyone- but that’s the beauty of it- it’s such a personalized experience. There is no limit to the topics we discuss or the direction the session takes that is entirely up to the client. As your coach I am there to help faciliate the session and guide you through a process of discovering how to overcome your obstacles, celebrate your successes, empower you and work towards your goals.
I typically recommend we start with a minimum of 3 sessions scheduled every other week. This seems to be the sweet spot to get to the juicy stuff and start seeing results. However, I understand every client is different and will work with you on a timeline and schedule that suits you. Sessions take place virtually over Google Meet or Zoom and I operate on PST.
I offer a variety of programs and various price points to suit your needs and budget. I also offer payment plans and have some freebies available!
Either the Client or the Coach may terminate this agreement at any time with one week written notice. Client agrees to compensate the Coach for all coaching services rendered through and including the effective date of termination of the coaching relationship
You absolutely can! We can continue our coaching relationship at any point. =)
That’s up to you. You are the one who decides if you’ve accomplished your goals. There is no “typical” timeline. It all depends on how much you’re willing to open up, and do the work.
I abide by the ICF Code of Ethics. Our coaching relationship, as well as all information (documented or verbal) that the Client shares with me as part of this relationship, is bound to confidentiality by the ICF Code of Ethics but is not considered a legally confidential relationship (like in medicine or law).
You can book a FREE Discovery Call with me HERE. Discovery calls are the first step in the coaching process and allow us to get to know each other a bit better, get your questions answered and make sure you want to work with me. =)
